The process

From first message to full ownership

Free consultation

Tell us your goals, timeline and preferred country. We suggest suitable jurisdictions and company ages.

Choose your company

We send a current list of available companies with incorporation dates, plus a written quotation.

Due diligence

We verify identity, address and source of funds for every owner and director, as the law requires.

Agreement and payment

You sign the sale agreement. Nothing is payable until you have accepted the quotation in writing.

Transfer of ownership

Shares and directorships are transferred, and the public register is updated in your name.

Handover and aftercare

You receive the full document pack. We stay on hand for banking, VAT, addresses and annual filings.

Timeline

How long does it really take?

The company already exists, so the only steps are due diligence, signing and registration.

  • Day 1: enquiry, availability list and written quotation
  • Days 1 to 3: you send KYC documents and we review them
  • Days 2 to 5: sale agreement signed, invoice settled
  • Days 3 to 10: transfer documents signed and registers updated
  • Handover: digital document pack, originals by courier on request

Typical for common-law jurisdictions. Countries that need a notary, sworn translations or court registration take longer, and we say so in the quotation.

Your part

What we need from you

  • Proof of identity: valid passport or national identity card
  • Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement dated within three months
  • Business description: what the company will do, where and with whom
  • Source of funds: where the purchase money comes from
  • Ownership chart: every beneficial owner holding 25% or more, and every director
  • Corporate buyers: certificate of incorporation, registers and authorised signatory
